When you make a purchase at xonastore, we will use your email to send you receipts for your purchase and new updates.
It must be real and not temporary, since some products, such as licenses, are sent via mail and if it is a fake or temporary product, you may not receive said product.
| Products:
The re-sale of the products published on xonastore is prohibited. If we detect that you are selling any of our products, your xonastore account will be deleted without the possibility of complaint.
There are no download limits, you can do it as many times as you want depending on the product you purchase.
Depending on the plan you selected, you will be able to download future updates. If your plan requires a license, you must comply with the license renewal terms (Ultra Basic, Basic, Standart, Extended), otherwise the product will be deactivated and eliminated.
| Licensed Products:
The resale of licenses with multiple activations is prohibited. If it is detected that you are reselling the license, it will automatically be deactivated and eliminated without the possibility of a claim.
| Guarantee:
The products in xonastore do have free technical support and we help in everything that is within the reach of our programmers, but they do not have money back guarantees, that is, once you make the payment there are no money returns for any type of reason.
